Privacy: We will not share your personal details with any other party. If you buy at our website we will not see your card details – the transaction is completed at a secure site. Your personal details (name and address) are held for 8 weeks at which time our shopping cart automaticlly erases them. If you order by telephone your card details are shredded immediately after payment has been taken.
Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund.
Delivery: Your plate or tankard is made to order. It is normally decorated the same working day on which we recieve the order. It then has to dry overnight before being fired in the kiln which takes all of the next day. Your order is then sent by Royal Mail’s first class post. Delivery usually takes 1-2 days but occasionally it can be longer, especially in the run up to Christmas. Sometimes a plate or tankard will not fire correctly or there is a fault. In which case we make another and there is a delay. Should this happen to your order we will let you know by email.
